When you apply to Arcana, we collect the information you provide in your application: your name, email address, city, profession, written responses, and photographs. We also collect basic analytics data (page views, referral source) through Plausible Analytics, which is cookieless and does not track individuals.
Your application data is reviewed by our committee of Arcana Fellows for the sole purpose of evaluating your membership application. We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal information to third parties. If your application is accepted, your data is transferred to your member profile within the Arcana app.
If your application is not accepted, your data is retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
Arcana does not use cookies on this website. Our analytics provider, Plausible, is privacy-respecting and cookieless.
